SGP laminated glass is produced by bonding two or more layers of glass together using a specialized interlayer—SGP (SentryGlas® Plus). Compared to PVB interlayers, SGP interlayers offer significant enhancements in terms of strength, rigidity, and resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations.

Due to this advanced interlayer technology, the glass can maintain its structural integrity even if it breaks. When glass breaks due to impact, the glass fragments adhere firmly to the SGP interlayer. At the same time, the glass panel can continue to function as a protective glass, thus providing a higher level of safety and protection.

SGP laminated glass is suitable for applications with extremely high requirements for load-bearing capacity, edge stability, and long-term durability, such as curtain walls, glass floors, glass railings, and building projects in coastal or windy environments.
